Rotgans Research is a Singapore-based applied neuroscience company established in 2023. We specialise in bringing portable, validated brain-based measurement into real-world settings, particularly in high-stakes professions and demanding operational environments. Although technologies such as fNIRS are well established in research, universities, and hospitals, their use in applied contexts remains surprisingly limited. We believe that is where the real opportunity lies.

Our mission is to move neuroscience out of the lab and into the real world. By using advanced but practical neurotechnology in training, workplaces, and operational environments, we help make hidden mental processes — such as cognitive load, stress, recovery, and performance under pressure — more visible and actionable. Based in Singapore and active internationally, with strong connections to Europe, Rotgans Research combines scientific rigor with practical application to improve performance, decision-making, and quality of life.
